Consumer Confidence Reports, also known as CCRs, provide annual information about drinking water quality, testing results, detected substances, and regulatory compliance.

Violation Notices

Arsenic Remediation Project Status
Rand Communities Water District has worked with state agencies on water system improvements related to arsenic remediation, storage, pumping, and pipeline replacement.
Funding for construction of a well, and another pump, including replacement of existing pipeline, closed on March 31, 2022. The District has continued working with the State Water Resources Control Board regarding project requirements, timelines, and related issues.

When reviewing water quality information, customers should start with the latest CCR Report. The CCR includes testing information, detected substances, regulatory limits, and required explanations.
If a public notice is issued, customers should review the notice carefully for the affected area, the reason for the notice, recommended actions, and District contact information.
