Rand Communities Water District provides water service to Randsburg, Johannesburg, Red Mountain, and Atolia. Since 1969, the District has supported local residents and businesses with reliable water service and public accountability.
Board of Directors
Rand Communities Water District is governed by a five-member Board of Directors. The Board provides policy direction, reviews District business, approves budgets and rates, and appoints the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations.
